PARTICIPANTS:

Hotel rooms will be provided to Idaho conference attendees at one of our selected Summit hotels for the nights of April 9th and April 10th.
- You must be traveling at least 100 miles to the Summit to be eligible for a room.
- To maximize the number of attendees, we strongly recommend you to share a room with those from your same agency (two bedded rooms).
- Rooms will be reserved for up to two (2) participants from each agency on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you plan to stay an additional night or if the Summit rooms are full, you are responsible for making the room reservation and paying the room charges to the hotel directly.
- Reservations for hotel rooms will be made from the information you enter during your Summit online registration process.
ITD PARTICIPANTS:
If a hotel stay is required, it is the responsibility of the ITD employee to arrange accommodations. Please email your hotel stay needs to our registration company.VENDORS:
