Curtiss-Wright is sponsoring
a technical forum on power plant chemistry. The purpose of the forum is to
promote the interface of organizations involved in power plant chemistry. Members
of the Power Plant Chemistry Advisory Group (PPCAG) and LabStats Pack Users
Group (LSPUG) are invited to attend free of charge. We seek participation from
managers, chemists, technicians and engineers representing US and international
utilities, regulators, manufacturers, national laboratories, commercial test
laboratories, and consultants.
Participation
There is no registration fee for personnel from utilities that are members of Power Plant Chemistry Advisory Group and LabStats Pack Users Group. Meeting fees are waived for invited speakers. Sponsorship and display booth opportunities are available for vendors. The Forum will be preceded by the annual Power Plant Chemistry Advisory Group meeting and followed by the LabStats Pack User Group meeting.
Preliminary Agenda
All three meetings will be held during the week of July 16-20, 2018. The annual PPCAG Meeting will commence on July 16, and end on July 17th. The Technical Forum will be held on Wednesday, July 18th. The annual LSPUG meeting will commence on Thursday July 19th and ends at noon on Friday, July 20th. A coordinated schedule of events will be published in advance of the meeting. A preliminary overview of the forum is provided below. Presentations will be integrated into the appropriate Technical Sessions.

Call for Presentations
Abstracts regarding other topics related to Power Plant Chemistry are welcome and will also be considered. Industry personnel interested in contributing to the technical sessions should submit a presentation abstract of not more than 400 words no later than COB, Friday, April 13, 2018 to Rick Weinacht. Presentations will be selected based on the subject matter as provided in the abstract and relevance to the broad topics below.
