What is included in the registration fee? The 2018 Summer Conference registration fee includes conference admission, meeting materials and conference meals.

Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same Goodwill. To substitute your registration to another individual please send an email to GII Events and Sponsorships and reference "Your Registration Record" shown on your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests should be emailed to GII Events and Sponsorship Team. Here is an outline detailing our cancellation dates.
- Cancellations made before July 8, 2018 – Full refund will be given.
- Cancellations made between July 9 - 20, 2018 – Refund will be given, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made on or after July 21, 2018 – No refund will be given.
Refund payments will not be processed until after the conference. In the event of a no show, the registrant is still responsible for payment of the registration fee and no refund will be given.
