Meal Costs:

If you are not not planning to prepare your own food (please take careful note of what unit type you are booking as not all bungalows are self catering) we suggest that you pre-book your meals on the conference registration site in order to avoid waiting in long queues for food as there is only one restaurant in the camp and we would like to prepare in advance. 

  • Breakfast: R130.00 per person per meal 
  • Lunch: R200.00 per person per meal 
  • Dinner: R250.00 per person per meal 
  • Gala Banquet: R650.00 per person : Please note this is the only organised evening group event

Cancellation Fees Registration: 

 

  • Any cancellation from the time of payment until 11 July 2018 will attract a R350.00 administration Fee 
  • From 11 July to 11 October 2018 a cancellation fee of R650.00 will be charged 
  • Any cancellation of registration fee after 11 October 2018 will attract a 100% cancellation fees. 
  • Please NOTE: Accommodation fees and other charges has separate terms and is displayed clearly on that section.
