Hotel Room Rates: 

Special guest room rates for the EXPO are $240 + tax (currently at 16%) and the resort fee has been waived for ADSC. Internet connections are $9.95 per night from March 9-22, 2012. Due to a limited number of rooms available at this special rate, please make your reservations early. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be sure to make your room reservations early!
 

To make reservations, call 877-622-3140 and advise the hotel that you are attending the ADSC Equipment EXPO before February 22, 2012 to make your hotel reservations. Any reservation received after that date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.  You may also make your reservations online with this link ADSC EXPO 2012   To guarantee, all reservations must  have a credit card to guarantee the reservation until day of arrival. 

JW Marriott will not hold reservations unless they are secured by a major credit card or by check. Deposit are fully refundable within 36 hours if reservation is cancelled by 5:00pm CST on the arrival date. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Child Care Range Riders SM Boys and Girls Club
The Range Riders SM Boys and Girls Club is a full-service children’s recreation program offered for guests, ages 4 to 12*. Days are fun-filled with interactive games and activities that take advantage of the San Antonio Hill Country Experience. Advance reservations are requested and can be done by contacting the resort at (210) 276-2500.

*The Range Riders SM Boys and Girls Club requires that all participants be fully toilet trained and a parent or guardian be reachable on property during his/her child’s participation.
