REGISTRATION & CO-OP FEES

The fees to attend the 2018 Channel Partner Expo for all U.S. and Canadian partners, will correspond to your PartnerEmpower Program in 2018. Registration fees will be reconciled prior to processing payment via co-op deduction or credit card payment:

Authorized = $1,700 per person
Specialist = $650 per person
Elite = $600 per person
Distribution Partner = $600 per person

Canadian Partners will be charged the CAD equivalent of the above per person fee using the exchange rate at the time of payment.

The last day to register for CPE at the above fees is February 16, 2018. After this date, the registration fees will be $1,700 per person for all PartnerEmpower levels. See below to learn more about how to leverage your Co-op funds to pay your registration fees.

Leveraging Co-op Funds:

Motorola Co-op funds can be used for CPE registration fees and eligible travel expenses up to $1,000 USD (or CAD equivalent). Eligible travel expenses may include airfare, hotel (not including incidental* charges), parking, and mileage. Partner must adhere to Motorola’s standard Co-op program guidelines to receive reimbursement for registration fees and travel expenses. All claims should be submitted through Motorola's Co-Op claim submission process at www.motorolacoop.com.

*Incidental charges incurred at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant. Because Motorola has made a contractual commitment to the Rosen Shingle Creek based on attendance, only rooms at the Rosen Shingle Creek are eligible for Co-op reimbursement.

Insufficient Co-Op Funds (Registration Fee):

If your company's Co-op account has insufficient funds to cover the complete registration fee, the credit card provided during the registration process will be charged. This charge will appear as “Motorola Solutions” on your credit card statement. The registration fee charged to your credit card can be reimbursed using Co-op funds once funds become available in your Co-op account. Partner must adhere to Motorola’s standard Co-op program guidelines and submit a Co-op claim reimbursement request at www.motorolacoop.com to receive reimbursement.

Travel Reimbursement:

Motorola Co-op funds can also be used for eligible attendee travel expenses up to $1,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) maximum for airfare, hotel, parking and mileage. Travel reimbursement claims should be submitted through Motorola's Co-Op claim submission process at www.motorolacoop.com per the Motorola Co-op program guidelines. Incidental charges incurred at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant. Because Motorola has made a contractual commitment to the Rosen Shingle Creek based on attendance, only rooms at the Rosen Shingle Creek are eligible for Co-op reimbursement.

CPE Cancellation:

If you have registered for CPE and are unable to attend, you must submit your cancellation in writing to ChannelPartnerExpo@motorolaevents.com no later than 5:00 pm CST February 23, 2018. You will receive a full refund of the cancelled registration fees by this date. Any cancellations after this date will be assessed the full CPE registration fee as outlined above in the "Registration & Co-op Fees" section.

Hotel Cancellation and No Shows:

You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or make changes to your hotel reservation for any reason. Any cancellations/changes within 72 hours of your check-in date will be assessed a penalty equal to the nightly room rate plus applicable tax.
