PMC participants experience an interactive program that explores 13 critical areas of project management that seasoned project managers tackle on a daily basis. PMC provides participants with practical solutions to current industry challenges they can take back to immediately impact performance and improve project results.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE
Ideal candidates for this course are project managers who:
  • Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience working in the construction industry; or
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience working in the construction industry
