Thursday, November 9: WELCOME RECEPTION & TCS EXPO

The TCS Trade Expo is an opening night kick-off showcasing valued business partners, Trane innovation in product and Connected Home Solutions, marketing, training, new technology tools and more.  

The Expo will start at 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 9th in the Potomac C, D Exhibit Ballroom. As a valued partner you are cordially invited to attend.

We are holding a limited block of rooms for participating business partners for Thursday, November 9, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center (we don’t have a business partner room block for any other days). The rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. The room rate will be $249+ tax and will be the responsibility of the business partner. Exhibitors are able to attend the Expo and stay at an accommodation of their choosing if the room block fills.

In the coming weeks you will receive an exhibitor packet with logistic details from Freeman.  At this time the plan is to allow vendors to setup after lunch and tear down immediately after the Expo. We will provide dinner for exhibitors prior to the Expo start. Also, each vendor will be provided a booth with table, draping, etc. (more details to come).
