Nici has worked within the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years, with the last 10 years specialising in the delivery of Financial Services Apprenticeships and professional qualifications. Nici has been fortunate to have worked closely with 15 Financial services Trailblazer groups helping to develop new standards for Financial Services Apprenticeships. Nici as been sharing her knowledge with training providers and colleges through AELP workshops and has been helping the industry to feedback on the new standards through Provider Readiness Groups. Kaplan has been at the forefront of piloting the new standards and have learnt some valuable lessons along the way.            



Matthew Alvarez

After 12 years in commercial bid and project management roles across the Telecommunications, Electronics and Defence industries, Matt joined OCR in 2010. He went on to set up the tender, contract and more recently the project office. During this time, he has successfully delivered projects across 16-18 Study Programmes, Apprenticeship Trailblazers, Traineeships and supporting vocational English & maths practitioner delivery. He joined AELP in April 2017. Matt is married with 2 kids and lives in Warwickshire.
