  • Accommodation - 3 nights  in a double room for single use (rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis)

  • Shuttle service (airport - hotel) on 31st May 2018
  • Shuttle service (hotel - airport) on 3rd June 2018

All costs included in the registration fee (accommodation, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners) are compliant with Italian pharmaceutical companies regulations.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to MCA Events SRL (info@spincongress.eu)

  • Full refund will be made for all requests received until 22/12/2017 (except €50,00 handling fee)
  • 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 28/02/2018
  • After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

Confirmation, Invoice and Certificate of Attendance

  • All registrations will be confirmed by email. 
  • Once the payment has been received, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process. 
  • The certificate of attendance will sent after the congress has finished.

Participants (registrants) are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions. The SPIN 2018 does not cover individuals against cancelations of flights, hotels, or theft of their belongings.In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the SPIN 2018, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
