Virginia Crossings is conveniently located just off I-295 in Glen Allen; encompassing 20 landscaped acres, the center feels like an intimate, historic estate. There is a variety of recreational choices including volleyball, basketball, fitness center, horseshoes, pool and first-class golf. A variety of shopping and dining options are easily accessible at Virginia Commons located just off-site of the property.

You may add one-nights lodging on either side of Convocation. The extended group rate is $150 per night. Please note this reservation does not include meals.

There is open time woven into the agenda for fellowship with colleagues, recreational activities, or personal time. You are encouraged to pack accordingly to take advantage of the fitness center, pool, courts, putting green, and coordinate with your colleagues ahead of time. Equipment is available from guest services.

All meals are served by buffet. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available at each meal. Breakfast includes: juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels and pastries, granola, and a hot entre such as scrambled eggs or a frittata. You may eat at tables in the ballroom, take your breakfast back to your room, or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio. Lunch and dinner are served in The Glen Restaurant, adjacent to the Henrico Ballroom. Buffets include several hot entre and side dishes as well as a full salad bar and desert. Starbucks coffee, tea, and water are available during the day.
