Can I bring a guest?
All winners are encouraged to bring one primary guest over the age of 21 for whom the cost of flights, transfers, sponsored meals and one activity will be covered by Comcast Spotlight. If a winner would like to bring more than one guest (i.e. children), all additional costs (flights, transfers, meals, activities and hotel rooms) will be at the expense of the winner. are not allowed to bring a guest to President’s Club. |

When
should I arrive and depart?
All attendees should plan to arrive in New Orleans no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 18, so that you may attend the Welcome Reception that evening at 7:00 pm. Leaders should plan to depart any time on Saturday, April 21. Winners
should plan to depart any time on Sunday, April 22. |

Is
airport transportation included?
Transportation to/from the airport is included for all leaders, winners, and
winner guests who arrive and depart on the main travel days (April 17 or 18
through April 21 for leaders, and April 18-22 for Winners). If you arrive into New Orleans early or
depart late, you are responsible for making your own transportation
arrangements. If you bring children who
require car seats, you are responsible for providing car seats and/or your own
transportation if the charter buses will not accommodate a car seat. |

How
do I book my flights?
Please be sure to download your booking instructions and contact BCD Travel after completing the registration process in order to book your flights. Winners click here to download booking instructions. Leaders click here to download booking instructions. Please
note: If you would like to extend your
trip, you must contact comcastspotlight@andavomeetings.com for approval and hotel
availability confirmation BEFORE you book your flights with BCD. If you contact BCD, they will direct you to
receive approval before booking. |

When
will I get a final event schedule?
The Program of Events containing the event schedule will be emailed to you approximately two weeks in advance of the
program. In the meantime, please refer
to the agenda outline featured on this website. |

What is the attire for the trip? Attire throughout the event is Resort Casual. For the Gala, Cocktail Attire or Black Tie Optional is requested. We recommend you bring a light sweater or jacket in case it rains, as well as comfortable footwear for walking on New Orleans' cobblestone streets. |
