WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER 1. Registration closes on March 2, 2018 at 5:00 pm EST. 2. Call BCD Travel to book your flights immediately after you register. Click here to download booking instructions. Flights must be booked by Friday, March 9. 3. Winners are invited to bring one guest to the 2017 President's Club event. Please click here for more information on bringing additional guests. 4. When you register, Award Winners will be asked to submit biographical information for the digital yearbook. These fields are mandatory and you must prepare your answers prior to completing registration. a. Upload a professional headshot photo of yourself at the time of registration. - This photo should be no larger than 500 x 500 pixels, between 2MB and 10MB and at least 300 dpi - Please name your file with your full name (ex. John Smith Headshot). File names cannot contain any special characters (alphanumeric characters only) - We recommend using a professional headshot or another photo that represents you as a Spotlight professional. b.
