What should I wear?

How will my airline arrangements be handled?
A
preliminary flight itinerary will be emailed to you within 3 business days of
submitting your registration unless you have noted an extension request in Rome
or Nice. You will have 3 business days to request any changes, otherwise your
airline tickets will be confirmed.
If you are
traveling on group dates, your flight will depart from the U.S. or Canada on Tuesday,
May 15 and arrive in Rome on Wednesday, May 16. For your return you will depart from Nice,
France on Wednesday, May 23 and arrive in the U.S. or Canada on the same day.
May I extend my stay?
Yes,
personal extensions are available at your own expense. Please note, any charges
due to pre- or post- program dates are at your own expense. These charges include
but are not limited to, additional airfare charges, food and beverage and hotel
room charges. If you arrive in Rome or depart from Nice before or after program
dates, transfer costs and other arrangements are also at your own expense.
Please have your
extension plans ready when you proceed to register as this information will be
requested during the registration process.
May I upgrade my airline ticket?
Yes,
provided space is available. Additional charges for upgrades will be at your
own expense.
What if I need to change my guest?
You must
notify the GO PLACES with GOJO Hospitality team immediately. Any charges
incurred due to a name change will be at your own expense. If an airline or
cruise ticket has been confirmed for issuing, there may be a penalty fee.
Maritime Law requires Seabourn to submit a passenger list for approval prior to
the cruise. If this list has been submitted, name changes may not be allowed.
The changed
ticket may also be subject to income tax. If so, you will be responsible for
the income tax on that ticket in the event you decide to cancel after the
reservation has been processed on your behalf.
Are children allowed on this trip?
This program
is designed for adults only. All guests must be at least 21 years of age.
What should I do if I have any medical problems?
Please
consult your physician for recommendations prior to departure. Carry
prescription medicines with you in your carry-on luggage during travel. Please
indicate any special medical needs you currently have during registration.
The ship's small but modern basic medical facility is
staffed by a doctor and a nurse. This facility is equipped to provide medical
care for illness or accidents that may arise during the cruise, but is not
intended to provide ongoing medical treatment. Since the ship is either at sea
or in ports where availability of medical facilities and pharmaceutical
products may be limited, it is suggested you bring adequate supplies of
prescription medications and other health-related items.
What expenses are covered as part of the GO PLACES with GOJO program?
Transportation, transfers on program dates, Seabourn suite,
on-board meals, beverages and on-board gratuities will be paid for by GOJO. You
must settle any charges placed on your incidental account with the Seabourn
Square Reception Desk prior to disembarkation.
What electrical voltage is offered onboard?
The voltage
in each suite matches both the U.S. standard (110volts AC, flat prongs) and the
European standard (220 volts AC, round prongs).
Is a passport required to travel on the GO PLACES with GOJO program?
Yes, all
guests must carry a valid passport. For travel to Europe, your passport must be
valid for a minimum of six months beyond your return date. If you are returning
home on May 23, 2018, your passport must not expire before November 23, 2018.

These
websites provide passport office locations, step by step instructions and
answers to many commonly asked questions. Please allow ample time for renewing
your passport. Applications can take 4-6 weeks to process.
Does the name on my airline ticket have to match the name on my passport?
Yes. If you
have had a recent name change due to a marriage, divorce, etc., you must update
your passport. Contact your local government offices, go to one of the websites
listed above or contact the GO PLACES with GOJO Hospitality Team for additional
information.
What should I do with my valuables?
For your
safety and ease of mind, please leave all valuables at home. To avoid
complications with Customs upon return, please register any other items with
your local customs office. These items must have some type of registration
number for identification. Should you need to bring a valuable item, please
utilize the safe in your suite.
What will the weather be like when we are in Italy?
Daytime
highs are around 70°F with evening lows around 55°F. Packing light layers is
recommended for flexibility and changing environmental conditions.
