Ground Transportation in Mexico
Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, you will pass through Immigration and proceed to the baggage claim area to retrieve your luggage. (Please note that porters are not allowed inside the terminal; however, luggage carts will be available). All luggage and personal items will pass through an x-ray machine before you present your Customs Form to the Customs agent. You will be asked to press a button that will result in a green or red light. Those with a red light must stop for a routine random search of your luggage, and those with a green light may exit the Customs area.
As you exit Customs, continue walking toward the outside of the building. Please ignore any vendors who will want to stop you and proceed until you see a representative in a turquoise floral shirt, holding a “McLean Mortgage Corporation” sign outside of the International Terminal. This representative will greet you, assist you with your luggage and direct you to your waiting transportation to NIZUC Resort & Spa.
