The BMT Tandem Meetings has partnered with Delta Airlines to secure a discounted air travel rate for meeting attendees.

By contacting Delta at DeltaMeetingNetwork@delta.com or 800-328-1111 Mon-Fri 7am – 7pm CDT 2018 BMT Tandem Meeting attendees can qualify for discounts of up to 10% of the published travel rate.

When booking online at www.delta.com/meetings, select “Book Your Flight” and enter promo code NMQDU to qualify.

Light Rail


TRAX Light Rail System
You can take the green line from the airport to downtown Salt Lake City (approx. 20 minutes). There are two stops one-half block from the Salt Palace Convention Center, Arena Station and Temple Square Station. The cost is $2.50 one way, cash or credit cards are accepted at the platform kiosks.

Car Rental

Avis Car Rental
Avis offers meeting registrants special discounts on a wide selection of vehicles, from one week before to one week after the BMT Tandem Meetings. To reserve a car, contact Avis at (800) 331-1212 and use the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number S012600. Or click "book now" below to reserve online and include the discount number in the reservation. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.


Advantage Car Rental
The 2018 BMT Tandem Meetings have partnered with Advantage Rent A Car to provide a 10% discount to our attendees. Advantage has also agreed to waive the 2nd Driver fee (a savings of an additional $13/per day.) The discount rate will remain available from February 15th through March 1st.
