Q1: What is the registration fee for The Exchange 2017?
A1: Registration fees for The Exchange are
  • $685.00 per person for double occupancy - Two parties sharing room (Registering yourself only - Roommate registers separately)
  • $1,260.00 per person for single occupancy - (Registering yourself only)
  • $1,370.00 double occupancy with spouse/guest
  • $385.00 per person for conference only/no hotel

Register by August 4, 2017 and receive the early-bird rates of:

  • $610.00 per person for double-occupancy - Two parties sharing room (Registering yourself only - Roommate registers separately)
  • $1,110.00 per person for single-occupancy (Registering yourself only)
  • $1,220.00 double occupancy with spouse/guest

Q2: What is included in the registration fee?

Q3: When is the deadline to register for The Exchange 2017?
A3: The registration deadline is August 4, 2017. After this date, all hotel reservations will be based on hotel's availability and current rate.
 
Q4: Why should I attend The Exchange 2017?
A4: As we do each year, we're looking to enhance this years’ experience and organize a better-than-ever conference. We have an action-packed agenda full of exciting events and dinners, executive leadership presentations, a motivational speaker and new breakout sessions designed with distributor input. Q5: When will the charges be deducted from my commissions?
A5: You will see The Exchange charges deducted from your September, October and November 2017 commission statements Early-bird registrants who also are staying at the M Resort Spa Casino will have their charges deducted over a four-month period (August, September, October and November 2017). Should you wish to have all the charges deducted at one time, please indicate this when you register.
 
Q6: I am a President's Club Member, so is it correct that my charges/fees are already paid to attend The Exchange 2017?
A6: Only those members who did not attend the President's Club trip in 2017 will have their airfare, registration and single room paid for by Safeguard.
 
Q7: What is the dress code during The Exchange 2017?
A7: All meetings during The Exchange are business casual. The dinners are dressy casual or business casual. Coats, suit jackets and cocktail attire are not necessary for these events. Dress pants, slacks, skirts, etc. are acceptable
 
Q8: If I decide to check out early, will I receive credit for the night(s) I don't stay?
A8: No, you will not receive a credit for any nights you don't stay, as it is a set package price.
 
Q9: If I am bringing a guest to The Exchange 2017 but they are not attending any of the sessions, what is their fee?
A9: The fee for double occupancy for your guest/spouse is $685 per person (Early-bird is $610 per person). This fee will cover the hotel room and all meals/events (receptions, breakfasts, lunches, Elite Reward Dinner & Presentation and The After Party). When registering, we ask that you note in the Comments section if your guest will not attend sessions. This will help us avoid any confusion.
 
Q10: If I want to attend The Exchange 2017 but don't need a hotel, how do I register and what is my fee?
A10: On the registration site, simply select Conference Only/No Hotel, and you will be allowed to register without booking a room. The fee is $385.
 
Q11: If I want to share a room with someone at The Exchange 2017, how do I identify that person?
A11: When you register, you must enter the person's name with whom you wish to share a room, and they should do the same when they register. Please note, we are no longer matching up roommates. Should your roommate cancel after August 4, or should your roommate fail to show up during the conference, you will be charged the single room rate unless you find another roommate and notify Safeguard’s registration company, HelmsBriscoe ResourceOne at nvanstratt@helmsbriscoe.com of the change.
 
Q12: Why is there a cancellation penalty?
A12: Due to conference expenses and cancellation penalties incurred by Safeguard in the past, it has become necessary to establish a cancellation policy.
 
Q13: What airport should I use to fly into Las Vegas, Nevada?
A13: Please use the main airport which is Las Vegas McCarran Airport (LAS).
 
Q14: If I need assistance booking my airfare, can you help?
A14: Safeguard's Travel Agency, Corporate Travel Planners, can help with your airfare arrangements for a $25.00 service fee. If you need assistance, please contact them at 210-530-0857.
