Payment of Accommodation
For country affiliates within the Emerging Markets region, 2 nights accommodation (5-7 October 2017) will be covered by the Emerging Markets budget.
For those country affiliates outside of the Emerging Markets region, the following will apply as per the normal process for AOK meetings:
Each country affiliate is responsible for paying for the accommodation of their HCP's and their Sanofi Genzyme staff attending the meeting. Once the slot requests have been confirmed, a pro-forma invoice will be requested from the hotel based on the confirmed slots and NOT actual registrations. This is to ensure the hotel receives payment prior to arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made by credit card, if the Sanofi Genzyme staff member is present at the meeting.
Healthcare Professional Cancellations
Should there be any cancellations in terms of bedrooms, please note that the country affiliate will be requested to pay these costs, as they will be not be covered by either the Emerging Markets or Global budget.
Sanofi Genzyme Employees
Sanofi Genzyme Employees will be responsible for paying for their rooms upon check-out from the hotel. To complete your registration, please provide your credit card details which will be passed onto the hotel to guarantee your room. Should you cancel your attendance, you may still be subject to cancellation charges.
For further information on payment of bedrooms, please contact the logistics team at Alison.Grainger@sanofi.com
Pre-travel Information
You will receive a pre-travel email communication with useful logistic information approximately 10 days before the start of the meeting.
