Registration


The registration fee is €820 for both the bureau and client together

What does it include?
- VAT 
- Airport transfers to and from Salzburg Airport
- 2 single rooms for 2 nights (including breakfast) at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Salzburg
- all meals, networking receptions and sightseeing as outlined in the programme

What it doesn’t include:
- Travel expenses for both Client & Supplier to and from Salzburg

Who pays the Registration fee?
The registration fee is to be paid by the bureau and the bureau is also responsible for their own and their clients’ travel to and from Salzburg.

Extra nights hotel
Upon registering the hotel accommodation will be automatically arranged for both member & client for the two nights of 1 & 2 March. If you wish to extend your stay, the Sheraton Grand Salzburg hotel offers the special rate of €150,- per single room per night & €180,- per double/twin room including breakfast & tourist taxes either side of the workshop. How can I register?
Registration is now open so once members have found a suitable accompanying client they can complete the Registration form and Bureau Profile form below and ask their client to complete the Client Profile form and return them to Claire Jackson at ICCA Head Office (claire.j@iccaworld.org).

The criteria for inviting a client can be found under the guidelines section of the website and the exclusion list is available under the "My ICCA" section of the website.

This Workshop is open to all European members of the sector however priority will be given to those bureaux who did not attend the workshop in Brussels in June 2017. 

Any member who has not attended the Brussels Workshop in June 2017 will be allowed to register immediately provided their accompanying client meets the criteria for the workshop whilst members who have attended the Brussels workshop will be held on a waiting list until 1 December. After 1 December all members who attended the Brussels Workshop in June 2017 will be accepted to participate providing there is still a place available for their country or city.

Bureaux need to complete the Bureaux Profile and ask their client to complete the Client Profile. Bureaux should also complete the registration form, officially sign it and send it as a pdf by email together with the completed client profile and bureau profile forms (as a word document) to Claire Jackson (claire.j@iccaworld.org). ICCA Head Office will then check to see if the client meets with the criteria in the guidelines and if the forms are completed properly. If the client is suitable, the bureau and client will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep in line with ICCA’s strategic goals the guidelines have changed and only association executive clients will be accepted. Anyone registering with a Core PCO or AMC client will be held on a waiting list until the registration deadline and will only be offered a place on the workshop if there are still spaces available.

Places on this Workshop are on a first-come-first-served basis and only two bureaus from the same country can participate and only one from the same city. The deadline for registration is 1 February 2017.
