Q. What are the payment options to become a sponsor?
A. Credit Card or Checks must  be received 14 days prior to event and MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC.

If you pay by credit card, The online credit card payment for this event will be listed on your credit card statement with the name Motorola Solutions Inc.  you will also receive an email with the subject line that will display in this format:

"Transaction receipt from Motorola Solutions for [X.XX] (USD)" 

Q. What is included with my booth space?

A. Each booth space includes:
  • Standard booth identification sign.  There is no need to bring any pop-up displays.  All booths will have consistent look created by Motorola Solutions marketing team.
  • (1) 6' White draped, skirted table and 1 chair.
  • Standard 24-hour power(1) 24" monitor
  • WIFIParticipation in pre-Solutions Showcase Business Partner only reception providing an exclusive networking opportunity with Motorola executives, product management and sales teams.
  • Company name and description in mobile event guide
  • All sponsorship levels include at least (1) registration passes.  There are additional registration passes available for purchase.
Q. How do I get badges for my booth staff or register additional  attendees?  
A. Exhibitor badge registration is open to exhibiting partners. Please click here to visit the registration site and register your attendees.  Badges will be available for pick-up at the Registration Desk at the hotel.  

Q. What are the move-in and move-out dates/times?
A. All Exhibitor move-in is Sunday, October 1 10:00am - 3:00pm and move-out date/time is Monday, October 2 8:30pm - 10:00pm, after the Solutions Showcase.  

Q. Where do I ship giveaways or additional items to?
A. Click here for shipping label.
 If you do not see your shipment when you arrive, please contact Valerie Damolaris.  It's recommended that return shipping labels be included in all packages for convenience.   You will leave all packages ready for pick up at your booth, taped and labeled.  Please keep all labels for tracking purposes.    

Q. What is the registration cancellation policy?
A. Please send any registration cancellation requests to Valerie DamolarisCancellation policy: For a full users' conference refund (which does not include hotel costs), written cancellation must be received by Motorola no later than September 9, 2016.  Please send your written cancellation notice to Valerie Damolaris

Q. What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A. Hotel cancellation policy: Conference attendees must contact the hotel directly to make reservations and/or notify them of any changes regarding their arrival and departure dates. All cancellations must be made with the hotel 72 hours prior to your arrival.

How do I know if I am registered for the conference?
A. You will receive an email message confirming your registration completion. If you did not receive this confirmation, your registration was not properly entered. Please go back to the registration page and re-register from the beginning. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.

How do I get a receipt for my registration payment?
A. You will immediately receive a receipt for payment if you pay by credit card. You may also print out the confirmation page as a back up to your receipt. If you pay by check, please send your request for a receipt or invoice to Sue Baumgartner


Q. 
What should I wear to the conference?

A. You can expect mild weather in Colorado during mid-September. Be prepared to pack a jacket or sweater as temperatures inside of the hotel and classrooms may fluctuate in addition to cooler mornings and evenings. Conference attire is business casual. Current local conditions can be found at www.weather.com

Q. May I pay the hotel with a check?

A. The hotel will accept checks.  Please provide your confirmation number and reservation full name (first & last) with the check.  It must be sent to attention of ACCOUNTING.  If you would like to send an advance deposit via check 10 days or more before arrival, please send checks to:
