BADGE REGISTRATION POLICY

Exhibitors must have a conference name badge for each person working in their booth.  Badges may be obtained through online exhibitor registration by clicking here.  Exhibitor registration is valid for booth personnel only.  Exhibitors are not permitted register attendees, guests, qualified buyers and non-exhibiting suppliers as exhibitors.  Attendee registration is available through regular registration at the standard conference fees.  

Complimentary Exhibitor Badge Allotment
Each exhibiting company receives minimum one (1) complimentary exhibitor registration per space.  Based on sponsorship level, additional complimentary registrations are as follows:
  • Bronze:  # of complimentary badges = 1
  • Silver:  # of complimentary badges = 2
  • Gold:  # of complimentary badges = 3
  • Platinum:   # of complimentary badges = 5
  • Palladium:   # of complimentary badges = 8

Additional Exhibitor Badges - over the complimentary allotment:  
Badges for exhibiting personnel, over the complimentary allotment referenced above, may be purchased.  Booth staff badge registrations cost $350 each and permit access to the Solutions Showcase.  This type of registration does not include education sessions or customer appreciation party.  

Badge Pick-up:
Please plan to pick up your badge at the registration desk.  Avoid the rush by picking up your badges between 8:am - 10:00am on Sunday, September 18.  Each registrant must pick up his or her own badge.  Be certain to enter names correctly online, and proor for correct spelling.  Exhibitor badges are not mailed in advance and must be picked up on-site at the registration desk.  On-site registration will be held in the Fountain Greens Foyer during the following

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS:
