Today’s thriving organizations offer a robust omnichannel experience to all customers – internal or external -- with foundations that allow for iterative adjustment as real-time data is absorbed, processed and analyzed. It’s a new world of customer experience -- and all organizations need rock-solid strategies and execution to thrive, if not survive.

But despite the obvious stakes, organizations struggle to keep up. For example, how can you continuously design and build mobile applications that will deliver an optimal customer experience regardless of location or device? Where can you find emerging opportunities with the onslaught of new Internet of Things (IoT) connections? And how do you manage the security risks of the exponential endpoint growth in this brave new world?
