The 86th Annual Toastmasters International Convention will be held in one of the most scenic cities in the world—Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada! Join fellow Toastmasters August 23-26, 2017, at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Convention Registration 
Region Advisors will receive a discounted registration rate of $200, which includes access to convention events from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, including all education events and the World Championship of Public Speaking®.

Registration does not include the following (see pricing below):
• Networking Lunches (Thursday – Saturday)
• President’s Inauguration and Celebration

Smedley 5K Fun Run/Walk: $45

Be a part of Toastmasters International’s first-ever Fun Run/Walk along the world’s longest uninterrupted waterfront path and help raise funds for the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund. Participants will receive a moisture-wicking T-shirt. Click here for more information on T-shirt sizing.

Networking Lunches: $100

(Ticket price covers lunch for all three days)

Connect with other Toastmasters on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during optional networking lunches. Please review the daily menus, as we are unable to provide special dietary meals.

President's Inauguration and Celebration Ticket: $110

Be a part of a memorable evening as we honor and recognize outgoing International President Mike Storkey and welcome incoming International President Balraj Arunasalam. This celebratory event includes a formal sit-down dinner and dancing.

President's Inauguration and Celebration: Dessert and Dancing Ticket: $50
Saturday, August 26
Approximately 9 p.m.

This ticket includes dessert and dancing only. Admission to the event will take place after the dinner has concluded (approximately 9 p.m). This special ticket is standing room only with reserved cocktail tables in close proximity to the dance floor.

Dress:
For the Opening Ceremonies, you are encouraged to dress in traditional clothing of your home country or in business casual attire.        
President’s Inauguration and Celebration calls for evening or semi-formal attire.
Men: Dark suits or tuxedos
Ladies: Cocktail or semi-formal dresses

All other convention events are business casual.
