Hotel Information:
- Rooms are being held at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver.
- The room rate is $254 CAD plus applicable taxes per night.
- The other hotels listed on the Toastmasters International website are $219 CAD per night.
- You have a choice of where you would like to stay. If you choose not to stay at the Pan Pacific, then the maximum reimbursement is $255 CAD ($219 + applicable taxes) per night.
- If you stay at the Pan Pacific, we pay the hotel directly for the four nights.
- If you choose to stay at another hotel, you must complete a reimbursement form after the convention.
- If you choose to stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver, World Headquarters will handle the reservations for you. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Pre/Post Hotel Stay:
If you choose to stay at the hotel beyond the training/convention dates, please understand that the dates and group rate are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Before you approve your airline itinerary, please email meetingplanning@toastmasters.org to ensure your request can be accommodated.

Hotel confirmation numbers will be provided in your final confirmation email one month prior to convention.
