Welcome to the region advisor online registration for the 2017 District Leader Training and International Convention, held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a region advisor (RA), this is your opportunity to make a strong first impression with your district leaders. We are excited to support you during this leadership journey!
You are encouraged to read all of the information on this website before you register. Through this online registration you can:
1. Request a flight itinerary. The RA Train-the-Trainer session begins at 8 a.m. on Sunday, August 20, so please arrive no later than Saturday, August 19. Please note that our travel agency will send you a flight itinerary for review and approval. Please be sure to reply within 24 hours.
2. Request a hotel room for the four nights you are required to attend the District Leader Training. To request additional evenings, please read the FAQ page for details. World Headquarters will handle the reservations for you, so please do not contact the hotel directly.
3. Register yourself and one guest for the convention. RAs are not required to attend the convention; however, attending gives you an opportunity to build relationships with the district leaders, thus setting the foundation for a successful year.
Per Protocol 10.0: Region Advisor Expenses, World Headquarters will cover the following costs:
- Lowest rate round-trip airfare and up to $50/per segment to secure a seat.
- Hotel accommodations, including applicable taxes, for the number of nights required for attendance at training events. Incidental expenses and all additional nights' lodging are the responsibility of the RA.
- A per diem of $30 for each day that event attendance is required.
International Convention Fees
- As a region advisor, you will receive a discounted full convention registration rate of $200. Please see the International Convention Page for additional details.
