Buck McMurray - Region Director, South

Buck McMurray brings to Rodan and Fields 15+ years of direct sales and marketing experience. He has worked with both large companies and start-ups. His roles have included sales management, general management, training, market development and marketing. In these positions, he has been responsible for updating global branding, creating go-to market strategies, tools, and trainings, and developing next-generation products based on customer needs. Most recently Buck was VP of Marketing and Co-founder of a medical nutrition start-up, focused on helping patients change their health by training on food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle. Buck earned both an MBA and a BA from Brigham Young University. Outside of his professional experience, Buck is a husband of 15 years and father to 5 beautiful children. He's a lover of the outdoors, sports, and the arts. He serves on the board of the Utah Regional Ballet and regularly speaks on leadership and professionalism at the local career center.
Dawn Campbell

Dawn Campbell brings more than 15 years of experience with adult learning with a strong emphasis on training, instructional design, measurement, coaching, leadership and sales. In her role as Senior Regional Manager, Southern, Dawn is instrumental in developing training for new Consultants to experienced Leaders in a variety of formats. Before joining Rodan + Fields, Dawn had a background in the insurance industry where her focus was on learning and development and coaching of employees from sales to claims to leadership. In addition, she spent several years as a Consultant for another direct sales company which helped her to develop a system for coaching and leading a team of entrepreneurs. Dawn is a native to Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University. She currently lives in Gilbert, AZ with her husband Bryan, and their three children: Brady, Lily and Charlie.
Jeremy Soine - Vice President of National Sales

As Vice President of U.S. Sales, Jeremy brings 19 years of experience managing businesses with explosive growth in product distribution. Throughout his career, Jeremy has demonstrated leading strategic development, tenacity, passion and creativity for enlisting and motivating teams to align and deliver on goals. Prior to joining Rodan + Fiends, Jeremy worked for Barefoot Wine, where he lead the company to become the number one wine brand in the U.S., bringing in over $400 million in revenue. Focusing his growth strategy on direct-to-consumer brand ambassadors, Jeremy orchestrated a team of nearly 100 “Barefooters” to conduct thousands of events in order to reach customers directly and instill a more organic brand loyalty. Most recently, Jeremy served as COO of the start-up Krave Jerky, the first mass-produced premium jerky brand in the U.S. Under Jeremy’s guidance, Krave Jerky grew from less than $10 million in 2013 to being worth over $200 million when it sold to The Hershey Company in 2015. Jeremy holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a BS with Honors from the University of Puget Sound.
Meredith Tieszen

Meredith Tieszen brings over 15 years of leadership and sales experience with direct selling companies. Prior to Rodan + Fields, she worked with several large companies such as Tupperware, Uppercase Living, as well as her own start-up company. Her wide range of prior roles include Vice President of Sales, Director of Training and CEO. Here at Rodan + Fields, Meredith spent her first 3 years as a Regional Director, where she implemented training programs as well as strategized best practices to help our Consultants build successful businesses. In early 2016, she was promoted to National Director of U.S. Sales where she currently focuses on the development of the business, coaching and training tools to support our Consultants across the entire U.S. Additionally, Meredith ensures there is consistency and cross-collaboration within the U.S. region teams. Outside of her professional career, Meredith enjoys outdoor sports, anything that involves animals and traveling with her husband of 12 years, Chad.
Sam Higginson - Region Director, Western

Sam brings 15+ years of experience in the direct sales channel, where he worked at Agel Enterprises, Nature’s Sunshine and Neways. He spent time in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Training, Leadership & Development, Sales Support, Events Planning, and most recently was the Vice President of Sales of Europe for Agel.
Sam’s broad functional experience will be a tremendous asset to R+F, and so will his vast international experience, where in addition to Europe, he has spent time managing markets in North America, the Middle East, Asia, Russia and Latin America.
When he isn’t working, Sam enjoys spending time with his family in Salt Lake City. He has been married to Whitney for 19 years, and is the proud father of 4. Sam is a sports enthusiast, having competed in collegiate athletics as a Football player. Sam is an avid community supporter, where he participates in many volunteer roles such as Community Athletic Booster Club President and Executive Board Member of Camp U Leadership Academy.
Julie Thorn - Field Learning Director, Programs
Julie Thorn brings a diverse background in Learning & Development and direct sales. Before joining Rodan + Fields, Julie held various roles in learning & development at The Hartford Insurance Company, Stella & Dot, and Progressive Insurance Company. At Rodan + Fields, she leads the learning program development for Business Redefined, RF Center for Leadership, Leadership Redefined, Premier V, Elite V, Lead the Way and Convention Breakouts. She holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound. She lives outside of Seattle, Washington with her husband, Stefan and two children, Briella and Finley.
Meredith Wiersma - Region Director, Central

Meredith Wiersma is a results oriented director with more than 15 years of sales and sales leadership in the pharmaceutical and direct sales industries. She has won multiple sales and leadership development awards for growing multi-million dollar teams throughout her career. At Rodan + Fields, Meredith introduces and reinforces the success models that drive the future of the business and identifies training needs and implements training programs that continue to enhance critical success behaviors in our consultants. She enjoys traveling internationally and spending time with her husband and 2 small children. Meredith holds a BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
Wendy Watts - Region Director, Northern

Wendy has a significant amount of experience in sales leadership roles with the World's Largest Beverage and Salty Snack consumer packaged good companies. Wendy has been an integral part of building and leading teams of both companies, developing strategy and executing plans for winning in the marketplace. She was promoted regularly and part of the Top Talent of the Coca-Cola and Frito-Lay organization. She held various Management positions and was most recently a Director of Sales for the last 2 and a half years. She managed the Sales Operations team in excess of over 200 employees. Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and account management to Rodan + Fields.
Rhonda Wicher - National Director, US Sales - East
Rhonda brings more than 20 years of sales and business leadership experience in the CPG industry to Rodan + Fields. She began her career with the E&J Gallo Winery as a field sales representative, and worked her way up through multiple management roles, including Field Marketing, Customer Development and Sales Director. As part of her leadership development with the E&J Gallo Winery, Rhonda took on leadership roles within the distribution channel, training and developing a team of managers and sales representatives to deliver company objectives, while also focusing on strengthening leadership skills. Most recently, as Director of Sales with global drinks giant, Diageo, N.A., Rhonda successfully led a Tier I state in three consecutive years of growth and was recognized nationally for those achievements. Her experience in cross functional roles in sales and business leadership have allowed her to see the industry from a 360 perspective, and have an understanding of how critical collaboration across departments is to the success of a brand and company. In addition to her professional life, Rhonda is a Board member in her National Charity League chapter, which allows her to spend time with her teenage daughter, exposing her to leadership, cultural and community service opportunities. Most importantly, Rhonda always finds time at home in Frisco, Texas, to spend with her husband Scott, two daughters, Kaitlyn (15) and Kassidy (8), and Sam (4 year-old rescue poodle mix – who thinks he is a child and not a dog!).
Renee Smith - Field Learning Manager
Renee has many years of training experience in the sales and beauty industry. She worked as a Regional Trainer for Smashbox Cosmetics and most recently worked as an Instructional Designer for Pandora where she designed and created training for Pandora employees all over the U.S., Canada, and South America. Renee lives in Baltimore and has two fur babies she loves named Blush and Vesper. She is a makeup artist and trainer and deems herself – a true product junkie. She jumps at any chance she can to travel the globe and also has a little bit of a daredevil side. You can find her zip lining, elephant riding, scuba diving and swimming with sharks.
Denice Valles - Regional Manager
Denice Valles, the Field Development Manager for the Central Region based in Dallas, TX is an accomplished professional with 18 years of experience in the direct selling channel. Denice specializes in coaching, training and field development.Denice has served as the Director of Field Training, Sr. Manager of Promotions and Manager of Leadership Development at Beauticontrol (Tupperware Brands), as well as the Manager of Leadership Development and Field Coaching at AdvoCare International. In these capacities Denice was responsible for creating and implementing training and development, recruiting, retention and recognition programs, planning and hosting regional events, field coaching, and leading a team. Denice has been married to her husband, Manuel, for 14 years and is also a leader and volunteer in her personal life and believes in the power of coaching to help others achieve the highest level of success.
Shellie Sullivan - Senior Manager Field Learning, Brand
Shellie joined Rodan + Fields with 10+ years of experience presenting and coaching others she is highly skilled at training and motivational presentation for audiences of all sizes and has experience speaking to audiences of 1500+. She has an impressive background in the area of Field Development, Sales and Training. Shellie spent a total of 6 years with Avon beginning as a Division Sales Manager where she lead a $40 million Regional sales organization and through innovative tactics such as new hire onboarding, mentoring programs that included improved training programs, communications and training modules, Shellie was able to reduce turnover by more than 75% in a 9 month period. She successfully influenced and lead a team of 20 field based District Sales Managers. Shellie went on to serve in the role of Sr. Manager, US Sales Training, Field Training Management atAvon where she led a team of 30 U.S. Field Trainers responsible for implementing organizational restructure of U.S. field strategies for 1400 district managers and 500,000 independent representatives. She created, developed and executed talent search programs to review competency and skills of US internal candidates. Shellie led the field training agenda for the U.S. Direct Selling organization, supporting all Division and District Sales Manager ongoing skill and behavior training including implementation and institutionalization of the field training strategy. More recently Shellie shined at Pandora where she was responsible for training and development oversight of Pandora corporately owned retail concept store and outlet locations across US and Canada with a strong focus on customer experience and organizational culture & values as Regional Retail Training Manager, North America. Shellie provided analysis, created content and execute delivery of all training, coaching and employee development for district managers, store managers, operations, sales staff and field trainers.
Rhonda Adams - Senior Regional Training Manager
Rhonda has over 15 years of experience in the Direct Selling channel from both sides of the business. Her first entry into this channel was owning her own business as a very successful consultant for the company Warm Spirit/Time to Renew, a multimillion dollar skincare company. Within 5 years Rhonda had established a team of over 3000 Consultants and was awarded the National Vice President title. At the start of this business Facebook did not exist, and for a good few years Rhonda recruited her team without social media. Rhonda directly managed her key consultants accounts and conducted high impact presentations generating top performance across sales targets.Following the closure of this business Rhonda went back to the “corporate world” as an Area Account Manager for MKS Software. Her passion for Skincare motivated her to return to this industry and work as a Territory Business Manager for Innovative Skincare, where her role included conducting product training and serve as an educational resource and consultant for business programs to increase market penetration. While in this role Rhonda was influential in growing physician account revenues by 26%, and increasing base accounts by 20%. Then in October 2013 Avon called and she established herself as a very successful District Sales Manager where she describes how she “relentlessly targeted goal achievement as well as training and developing Sales Leaders and Top Selling Representatives through coaching and mentoring”. Rhonda’s experience as a Consultant, Coach, Manager and Leader in Direct Sales (and from both sides of the fence) serves her well in her role at Rodan + Fields.
Myisha Procter - Field Learning Director, Brand

Myisha brings over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry developing innovative learning programs and tools to increase revenue for top performing brands in wholesale, specialty, and spa/professional independent channels. Prior to joining Rodan + Fields, Myisha’s career began at Sephora, USA and soon prompted her to establish her own lucrative make-up artistry business which serviced celebrity clients in television and film. Myisha then transitioned into the corporate side of beauty developing where she created internal education programs for various companies in the beauty arena including Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Ren Skincare, and NUDE Skincare. In her role as Field Learning Director at Rodan + Fields, Myisha is responsible for the development and production of learning content, training videos, sales skills development and business tools for our Consultants. Additionally, Myisha ensures that campaign strategies and training programs are implemented across all departments to best support of our field. Outside of her professional career, Myisha enjoys all things beauty, fashion and travel related.
Chelsea Ramage - Regional Director, Central Canada
Chelsea Ramage joined Rodan + Fields in February 2016 bringing more than 10 years of experience in the field working for two direct sales companies. In her role as Regional Director, Central Canada, Chelsea brings an authentic coaching style, strong leadership and a passion for people development to the long-term development of Rodan + Fields Independent Consultants. Prior to R+F, she was a Leader in the Canadian field at Stella & Dot and also held roles as a Creative Media Strategist and Social Media Strategist.
Kerri Stone - Regional Director, Eastern Canada
Kerri Stone comes to R+F from Rogers Communications, one of Canada's largest telecommunications/media companies. With nearly a decade of experience as a National Trainer and Program Manager, she has a strong understanding of learning strategy and business development. In her role as Regional Director, Eastern Canada, Kerri was part of the team that executed the successful Canadian market launch, and currently leads field development through business coaching and field events.
Janine Weber - Vice President, Canada
With vast experience in direct sales, human resources and retail leadership, Janine Weber is uniquely positioned for her role as Vice President, Canada. She executed the successful Canadian market launch as the company took its first step toward becoming a global brand, and oversees strategic development for continual growth as Rodan + Fields becomes established as a prestige skincare brand in Canada. Before joining Rodan + fields, Janine served as Canadian Sales Director with Stella & Dot, where she was responsible for national field development and prior to that, held human resource leadership roles with The Alberta Government, Neiman Marcus, and Ford Credit. In addition to Janine’s breadth of corporate leadership experience, she has also spent time as a field leader in direct sales, making her a highly credible coach and leader as she fosters the long-term development of our Independent Consultants. Janine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
Amanda Mercer - Regional Director, Mid Atlantic
Amanda is a born and raised Texan, graduating from Texas A&M University and making her move from College Station to Dallas after being selected as a Management Development Candidate by the E&J Gallo Winery. In Dallas, she worked for the Gallo distributor, Glazer’s Wholesale as a Sales Representative and a District Sales Manager, leading a team of 7 sales representatives to deliver goals and launch new brands into her territory. She was promoted to Area Sales Manager and relocated to Houston, where she was responsible for developing the selling skills of approximately 80 sales persons in a top five volume market for the US. She quickly progressed in her sales management roles, and in her most recent position as Account Manager with E&J Gallo she was responsible for developing business plans and strategies for national accounts such as Kroger, Target and Walgreens. Her leadership will be a huge asset to our Field Development team, and she will be able to support our consultants with creative ways to drive sales in their businesses. In her free time, Amanda loves a good Netflix binge, weekends at the beach with family, brunching and college football! Amanda currently resides in Houston, TX with her husband, MC Mercer
Kelly Summers Tarapani - Senior Region Manager, Western
Kelly Summers Tarapani brings 10 years of experience in the premium beauty category to Rodan + Fields. She began her career as a Clinique Consultant and worked her way up on the Clinique Global Education team. She developed training programs, led orientations for executives worldwide, and represented the brand on video and at in-store events in New York and Los Angeles. Kelly grew up in St. Louis County and graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. At 23, she bought a one-way ticket to New York City to pursue her dreams in the Big Apple. After 8 years on the East Coast, she and her husband decided to pursue new opportunities on the West Coast. Her experience and passion for helping others led her to join Rodan + Fields in October of 2014 as the Senior Manager, Field Learning & Development. Kelly’s time on the R+F L&D team paired with her expertise from Clinique enables her to bring a new perspective to the Field Development team as the Senior Region Manager for the West. Kelly resides in San Francisco with her husband, Abraham, and daughter, Brooke.
Victoria Wince - Regional Director, Western Canada
Victoria Wince, Regional Director, Western Canada, joined Rodan + Fields with more than 12 years of experience in the premium skincare industry. In her role, she is able to harness people's greatest strengths to help them confidently grow their businesses. She most recently held the roles of Account Executive and Regional Education Executive for Clinique. Victoria completed the Graduate of Business Administration Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
Chase Willardson - Senior Business Development Manager
Chase has 10 years of sales and training experience working with new entrepreneurs to seasoned Fortune 500 sales teams providing them with strategies that deliver results. He worked at Clorox where he created tools and trained healthcare sales professionals to identify incremental opportunities for business growth. He also worked for Schiff Nutrition driving key innovation and crafting sales stories to sell to national accounts such as Costco, Wal-Mart, and Target. Chase enjoys long walks on the beach with his wife and 2 kids, family dance parties, and creating memories. He holds a BS in Management from Brigham Young University.
Jennifer Johnson - Regional Manager, Mid-Atlantic
Jennifer comes to Rodan + Fields with 12 years of direct sales experience where she was a District Sales Manager, Mentor Manager and Representative with AVON. Prior to that, she previously owned a successful Dance/Creative Movement business for 3 years as well as a consultant for Tupperware. Jennifer is from Buffalo, NY born and raised and has been married to her husband, Derek, for almost seventeen years! They have three boys, Niklas, Aaron, and Ethan. She lived in Las Vegas for a few years before she settled into her current home in August 2015 at Middletown, Delaware. She especially enjoys going on vacation, spending time with her family and reading. Jennifer also loves watching her two oldest sons play travel hockey.
Gayle Winkler - Region Director, US Sales
Gayle is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetic and retail industry. Prior to joining R+F, she was Executive Director at Clinique, with responsibility for managing the Macy’s national account and also the Regional Director for the Midwest. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years with May Company where she was a cosmetic buyer and Store Manager. Gayle grew up in the St Louis area and holds a B. S. in Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University. In her free time, Gayle volunteers with a Therapeutic Horsemanship program, is an avid runner and strength trainer and enjoys traveling all over the world. When traveling, Gayle involves her love for cooking by taking part in cooking classes to understand the culture and cuisine…and the wine!
Sheena Beckham - Senior Manager, Field Learning & Development
Sheena Beckham brings over 13 years’ experience in sales training, performance coaching, and leadership development to the Rodan + Fields Learning and Development team. She has experience across various industries with companies such as PetSmart, University of Phoenix, and USAA. With her career experience, which spans roles from frontline sales to senior leadership, she has developed a strong passion for leadership development. To further enhance her knowledge in leadership and Learning and Development, Sheena completed a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Management and a Master's degree in Adult Education and Training. At Rodan + Fields, she oversees Leadership Redefined, Business Redefined, Premier V, and Convention Breakouts. Sheena also brings to Rodan + Fields 11 years’ experience as a mother. Together with her husband, Jon, they have four beautiful children, Talon, Asher, Shiloh, and Elijah.
Melissa Crisanti - Regional Manager, Central Canada
Melissa Crisanti joins Rodan + Fields with vast experience as a Business Lead specializing in project management, training, and people development. Melissa has held various roles at TransCanada Pipelines over the past 11 years including Business Lead, US Assets Analyst and Business Analyst. In these capacities, Melissa was responsible for leading cross functional teams and developing corporate rollout strategies in Canada, the US and Mexico. Melissa lives in Calgary, AB and graduated with a Bachelor of Communications from Mount Royal University and is currently completing her Masters of Global Management.
