What is R+F Up Close and who should attend? |
The R+F Up Close is an informal, drop-in style event for Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultants to invite their prospective Consultants and Customers, as well as their Preferred Customers (PCs) to learn more about Rodan + Fields, our brand, products and the business opportunity. |
What can I expect to hear during the R+F Up Close? |
During the R+F Up Close, you will learn about who we are, where we came from and where we are going. You will also receive information on our products, brand, and how you can leverage the anti-aging skincare market through your work as an Independent Business Owner. |
What is the schedule for the R+F Up Close? |
For specific event details, please refer to the first page of the online registration for the event you are interested in attending. If you are already registered, please refer to your confirmation email or registration record for your event's agenda. |
REGISTRATION
What is the cost to register for a R+F Up Close? |
Registration is complimentary for guests, spouses/business partners and $10 CAD for Consultants. |
May I bring a guest to the event(s)? How do I add a guest, spouse or business partner to my Consultant registration? |
Yes. During registration, you will be prompted to add your spouse or business partner to your registration for the R+F Up Close event. All other invited guests for the R+F Up Close are encouraged to use the event website to register themselves. |
I registered for the event but did not receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm that I am registered for the event? |
If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here for contact information to email your Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records. |
I am not able to register because the event is sold out. Will more space become available? |
While it is not a guarantee, space may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a waitlist for this event; please check the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for the next event in your area. |
Can I register onsite at the event? |
Yes. While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register Onsite with your Regional Director. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a spot for this event. |
What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite at the event? |
We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments will not be accepted. |
I can no longer attend the event(s); how do I modify or cancel my registration? |
Please reference your confirmation email where you can click on your registration record. From there, you can modify or cancel your registration. |
What is the refund policy? |
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable between Consultants. |
I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event? |
Yes. Click here for contact information to email your Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will transfer your registration to the correct event. |
GUESTS & ENROLLMENTS
Can I invite a guest to attend the R+F Up Close? |
Yes. Guest, spouses, and business partners are encouraged to attend and are required to register for this event. |
How can I share this event and invite others to attend? |
You will also have the option to "Invite a Guest" at the completion of your Consultant registration. Please note, inviting a guest does not register him or her for the event. |
My guest(s) lives in another location. Where can I find a local R+F Up Close event in their area? |
Please visit the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for a complete list of events by location. |
Can I invite my guest(s) to the R+F Up Close event if I am unable to accompany them? |
Yes. If you are unable to connect your guest(s) with another Consultant attending the event, there will be Consultants and your local Regional Director who will be happy to answer any questions your guest(s) may have about the Rodan + Fields business, products, and enrollment process. |
Are there any specials for my guest(s) if they decide to enroll in the Rodan + Fields business at the event? |
At the end of the R+F Up Close event, guests will have the opportunity to enroll in the Rodan + Fields business as a new Consultant. Any guest who enroll at the event with the RFX Express Business Kit or Big Business Launch Kit will receive a complimentary regimen of their choice, as well as complimentary admission to the subsequent learning event. Please inform a member of the Rodan + Fields team at the R+F Up Close event so that the new Consultant can be added to the egistration list for the learning event. |
MISCELLANEOUS
Will I need to pay for parking? Is there a discount offered for event attendees? |
Parking is not included in your registration. However, depending on the venue there may be a discounted rate offered to you. Please check for a discounted parking voucher at the registration desk when you check in for the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a lower rate at all venues. |
I am planning to spend the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered? |
There is not a room block or discounted room rate provided for these events. |
Are children invited to attend the R+F Up Close event? |
Children are welcome to attend R+F Up Close events; however children under 18 years of age may not attend the Learning Events, with the exception of nursing infants. |
