·         Crystalline Silica Discussion

o   Measure the amount of silica that workers are exposed to if it may be at or above an action level of 25 μg/m3 (micrograms of silica per cubic meter of air), averaged over an 8-hour day;

o   Protect workers from respirable crystalline silica exposures above the permissible exposure limit of 50 μg/m3, averaged over an 8-hour day; Compliance dates for General Industry is June 23, 2018.

o   Group discussion Does your ash content contain crystalline silica?

·         Globally Harmonized System (GHS)

o   What have you implemented for secondary labeling requirements? NFPA 704 verses GHS HazCom labels.

·         Lead

o   Share identification methods and removal process / procedures you have in place.

·         Hexavalent Chromium

o   Group discussion on safe practices implemented where hexavalent chromium levels exceed.

o   Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) 5.0 µg/m3 TWA, action limit 2.5 µg/m3 TWA.

·         Hydrogen Safety
