Attendees will be invited to the Exhibit Area from 6pm – 9pm the evening before the Conference begins. This will allow for more one-on-one time between vendors and attendees, improving discussions and relationships. You won’t want to miss it!

Want more time to really explain YOUR product or service? In addition to mingling with the attendees during the Reception, a stage with podium and microphone will be set up in the Exhibit Area. Vendors can register to present and promote their product for 15 minutes on stage – capturing the full attention of everyone in the room! Chairs will be set up surrounding the stage for attendees to sit and enjoy presentations.
UPDATED! STAMPCARD RAFFLE
Participating companies will provide a question and answer about your production/company in their registration packets. Questions will be listed, along with your name/logo on a Stampcard Raffle. Attendees will visit each booth to obtain the answer to the question posed, as well as to receive a stamp on their card. The Stampcard generates traffic to your booth – and the question is a great way to break into conversation!
