All meeting activities will take place at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.

- Valet parking is S$12/per car per day.
- Self parking, is S$4 for hte first hour and S$6 for subsequent 1/2 hour (this applies for the period between 07:00 - 17:00) Parking is S$6 per entry after 5pm.
- Changi International Airport - SIN
Taxis are easily available at Changi International Airport. The journey to and from the hotel is approximately half an hour, and costs approximately S$20-25.

The attire for the conference is business casual. Slacks, button-down collared shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and comfortable shoes are all appropriate. Suits and ties are not required. A jacket or light sweater is suggested for those that get cold in the meeting rooms.
