Rates are net, non-commissionable and exclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
Conditions:
•    Valid for travel to/from Montreal between Nov 1 and Nov 10, 2011 inclusive
•    Tickets must be purchased at least 3 days prior to departure.
•    Tickets must be booked online at viarail.ca or directly with a VIA agent by telephone or at a VIA station. Travel agent or tour operator bookings not accepted on this special rate.
•    The number of seats and sleepers offered on this special fare is limited.
•    Bookings are refundable and exchangeable prior to scheduled train departure subject to a service charge of 25% of the fare paid per direction refunded or exchanged. (Minimum $20 service charge per direction).
•    Exchanges must be done at least three days prior to departure if a change of travel date is required.  If no change of travel date is required, booking may exchanged on day of departure. In both cases, the number of discounted seats and sleepers is limited and may not be available for the train and date required.
•    At least three days prior to departure, log in with your profile, or create one prior to booking.
•    This special fare is only valid in Economy - supersaver, Business - discounted, or any "discounted" sleeper class.  Choose your desired booking class in the "Select class and fare plan" drop-down menu for your chosen departure, and, if applicable, your return.
•    On the "Passengers Information" screen, select Convention fare as the "Discount Type".
•    Enter 12224 as the "Discount Code".
