What is a Leadership Redefined Learning Event and why should I attend?
Leadership Redefined is an ongoing learning series designed to help Level V and above Leaders develop fundamental leadership behaviors known to drive growth within their Rodan + Fields® businesses and teams. This exclusive learning experience will incorporate various leadership topics such as stepping into leadership, coaching, time management, presentation skills, building momentum and more, all while learning from your peers in a fun and engaging environment. You’ll leave the session with clear action plans on how to apply leadership behaviors to your business.
Who can attend the Leadership Redefined Learning Event?
To participate, you must have achieved Level V Executive Consultant (Paid-As LV EC Title) for the two (2) commission periods prior to the event registration launch. All qualified Consultants will receive an email invitation to register for the event. See the complete Terms & Conditions for qualifications.

REGISTRATION

I am a LV EC Consultant; why have I not received an email invitation for an upcoming Leadership Redefined Learning Event?
If you have achieved a Paid-As LV EC Title for the two (2) commission periods prior to the registration launch of a particular Leadership Redefined event, you should have received a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your qualification and registration for the event.
I received the invitation for a Leadership Redefined Learning Event; can I attend the event in another location instead?
If there is a Leadership Redefined Learning Event at another location that you are interested in, you must achieve a Paid-As LV EC Title for the two (2) commission periods prior to the registration launch for that particular event in order to receive the invitation to register. What is the cost to register for the Leadership Redefined Learning Event?
The registration fee for a Leadership Redefined Learning Event is typically $75. Please note these fees are subject to change. For specific event details, please refer to the first page of the online registration for the event you are interested in attending. All event costs will be outlined on that page.
What’s included in my registration for the Leadership Redefined Learning Event? Will there be food or beverages provided?
Registration for this event includes a learning event where you will hear from our Field Development Team and Leaders in the Field. Coffee, tea, water and boxed lunch will be provided. 
How do I add a spouse or business partner to my Consultant registration for the Leadership Redefined Learning Event?
During registration, you will be prompted to add your spouse or business partner to your registration. The same costs apply for spouses/business partners to attend. 
I registered for a Leadership Redefined Learning Event but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. How can I confirm I am registered?
If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here for contact information to email your Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records.
I am not able to register because the Leadership Redefined Learning Event is sold out. Will more seats become available?
While it is not a guarantee, seats may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a waitlist for this event.
Can I register onsite at the Leadership Redefined Learning Event?
Yes. While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register at the Rodan + Fields Check-In Desk. You will need to present your email invitation. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a spot for this event.
What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite at the event?
We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments will not be accepted.
I am registered for a Leadership Redefined Learning Event but can no longer attend; how do I cancel my registration?
Please reference your confirmation email where you can click on your registration record. From there, you can modify or cancel your registration. 
What is the refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable between Consultants.

MISCELLANEOUS

Will I need to pay for parking? Is there a discount offered for event attendees?
Parking is not included in your registration. However, depending on the venue there may be a discounted rate offered to you. Please check for a discounted parking voucher at the registration desk when you check in for the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a lower rate at all venues.
I am planning to spend the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered? 
There is not a room block or discounted room rate provided for these events.
Are children invited to attend the Business Presentation or Business Redefined Learning Event? 
With the exception of nursing infants, children under 18 years of age may not attend the event.
