What is a Business Redefined Learning Event and who should attend?

Business Redefined Learning Events are for Rodan + Fields Independent Consultants and their spouses or business partners. This is an ongoing learning series designed to help you develop fundamental business behaviors that can potentially drive growth within your Rodan + Fields business.

What can I expect to learn during the Business Redefined Learning Event?

This learning experience can help you effectively share the Rodan + Fields brand, build a strong business foundation and find your R+F voice, all while learning from your peers in a fun and engaging environment. This goal is to develop conversation skills, practice overcoming objections and leave the session feeling prepared to take your business to the next level.

What is the schedule for the Business Redefined Learning Event?

Registration will typically open at 8:30 AM with the event beginning at 9:00 AM. Half-Day Learning Events will conclude at 12:00 or 1:00 PM and Full-Day Learning Events will end by 4:00 PM. For specific event details, please refer to the first page of the online registration for the event you are interested in attending. If you are already registered, please refer to your confirmation email or registration record for your event's agenda.

What is the cost to register for a Business Redefined Learning Event?

The registration fee for a Full-Day Business Redefined Learning Event is typically $45 and Half-Day Learning Events are typically $25. Please note these fees are subject to change. For specific event details, please refer to the first page of the online registration for the event you are interested in attending. All event costs will be outlined on that page.

What's included in my registration? Will there be food or beverages provided?

Registration for this event includes a learning event where you will hear from our Field Development Team and Leaders in the Field. Coffee, tea and water will be provided at Half-Day Learning Events. Registration for Full-Day Learning Events ending at 3:30pm or 4:00pm will also include a boxed lunch.

May I bring a guest to the event(s)? How do I add a guest, spouse or business partner to my Consultant registration?

Yes. During registration, you will be prompted to add your spouse or business partner to your registration. The same costs apply for spouses/business partners to attend.

I registered for the event but did not receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm that I am registered for the event?

If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records.

I am not able to register because the event is sold out. Will more seats become available?

While it is not a guarantee, seats may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a waitlist for this event; please check the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for the next event in your area.

Can I register onsite at the event?

Yes. While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register at the Rodan + Fields Onsite Registration Desk. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a spot for this event.

What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite at the event?

We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments will not be accepted.

I can no longer attend the event(s); how do I modify or cancel my registration?

Please reference your confirmation email where you can click on your registration record. From there, you can modify or cancel your registration.

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable between Consultants.

I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event?

Yes. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will transfer your registration to the correct event.

Will I need to pay for parking? Is there a discount offered for event attendees?

Parking is not included in your registration. However, depending on the venue there may be a discounted rate offered to you. Please check for a discounted parking voucher at the registration desk when you check in for the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a lower rate at all venues.

I am planning to spend the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered?

There is not a room block or discounted room rate provided for these events.

Are children invited to attend the Business Redefined Learning Event?

With the exception of nursing infants, children under 18 years of age may not attend the learning event.
