Booking Your Flight

Step 1: Complete your registration
Click the "Register Now" button and complete your registration by Monday, February 27, 2017.

Step 2: Receive an e-mail with your proposed flight itinerary
Within two business days of your completed registration, you will receive an e-mail from an R+F Travel Ambassador containing your suggested flight itinerary.

Step 3: Confirm your flight
You will have 24 hours from the time of receipt to accept or reject the proposed itinerary. Please choose a flight itinerary that will allow you to arrive in time for our welcome event beginning 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

Travel Itinerary Details:

Departure from Origin City: Plan to depart on Monday, June 5. Most flights will have one or no stops to London. This flight will range from 8 – 15 hours.

Arrival into London: If you depart on Monday, June 5 you should expect to arrive in London on Tuesday, June 6 with the the exception of the east coast.

Return from London: If you leave on Sunday, June 11 you should expect to arrive home on Sunday.

Ground Transportation

Arrival: Ground transportation from Heathrow International Airport (LHR) will be arranged by Rodan + Fields. Upon arrival at Heathrow International Airport (LHR) you will be transferred to your hotel via shuttle. Transportation pick-up times will be communicated in your final confirmed travel itineraries. Rodan + Fields will provide one transfer from LHR to the hotel of your choice upon arrival.

Onsite: Transportation to and from all scheduled activities will be provided.

Departure: Transportation will be provided from your hotel to Heathrow International Airport (LHR). Transportation pick-up times will be communicated when your travel itineraries have been confirmed. An R+F transportation hospitality desk will be set up at your hotel if you have any questions regarding departure.
