Can I extend my hotel reservation?

Yes, based on availability. R+F will pay for your accommodations at the designated hotels from check-in on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 to check-out on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Should you decide to extend your stay you will be responsible for the additional cost. The group rate will be honored three days before and after the group dates listed above, based on availability at the time of your request.

Which hotel will I be staying at?

You will have the opportunity to select between our two wonderful properties, The Dorchester London and Four Seasons London at Park Lane, during the registration process. Click here for more information on each property. The hotels are within walking distance of one another.

Should I book my own flight?

No, please complete the registration travel form. An R+F Travel Ambassador  from ITA Group will contact you via e-mail within two business days to confirm your flight. Only flights booked through this process will be paid for compliments of Rodan + Fields.

Can I add an additional stop on my flight?

Yes, you will be responsible for the cost difference of adding the additional stop.

What happens if I confirm my flight after 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017?

If your airfare is not confirmed by 5 p.m. PT on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, you will be responsible for the difference in cost between the estimated airfare and the actual cost on the date booked.

What time should I schedule my flight on Sunday?

Departures on Sunday are at your leisure, as there are no planned activities. Airport transportation will be provided.

Can I upgrade my flight?

Yes. R+F will cover the cost of the coach fare on your selected flight, you may opt to upgrade your seat to business or first class and pay the difference in airfare. The R+F Travel Ambassador will be able to process this request and charge your credit card accordingly, if desired, as well as assist should you have selected the upgrade package from the 2017 RFX Circle Catalog.

Is the cost of baggage included?

No, the cost of baggage is the responsibility of each individual Consultant.

How will I know how to find my shuttle at the airport?

Upon arrival at Heathrow International Airport (LHR) you will be greeted at your designated baggage claim carousel, regardless of if you checked luggage. There will be a transportation representative waiting for you with the Rodan + Fields Logo on a handheld sign.

Do I need to book ground transportation to and from the airport?

London: Ground transportation in London will be provided by R+F. Transportation will be provided up to 3 days pre and post trip for those who wish to extend. Transportation will be provided only from the airport to the Dorchester or Four Seasons, located in Mayfair. The 16-mile journey from Heathrow to Mayfair by taxi takes little over thirty minutes, with one-way fares starting from just £42. Travelling from Heathrow to Mayfair by taxi is generally quicker than taking the London underground. Departure City: Please arrange your own airport transportation in your local departure city.

What will I need to pay for during the trip?

All planned activities listed on the agenda and most meals will be covered by R+F. You will be responsible for any costs incurred during your free time as well as personal purchases.

What is the expected attire?

All events are casual, casual chic or cocktail attire. Please refer to the agenda by day for specific details.

What meals are included in the trip?

All meals outlined in the agenda will be provided by R+F. Breakfast will be included daily at each hotel.

Are there any limitations to who my guest can be?

Yes, your guest must be a spouse, business partner or immediate family member 21 years or older. Your guest may not be a fellow Consultant or prospective Consultant.

Who is considered a Business Partner?

A Business Partner, as defined in the Policies and Procedures, is the individual with whom you share your R+F “Business Entity.” The Business Partnership is an approved corporation, limited liability company, or partnership of any nature or trust. A Business Partner refers only to the Consultant noted on your shared Consultantship as approved by Rodan + Fields. A Business Partner does not refer to a fellow Rodan + Fields Consultant with their own Consultant Identification Number, a “power partner” or friend who does not meet the criteria of Spouse or Significant Other.

Can I bring my children on the trip?

Rodan + Fields has a no child* policy for incentive trips and events. This includes, but is not limited to Premier V Trips, Elite V Trips and RFX Circle Trips and Lead the Way Milestone Five Trips. The decision to bring a child at the Consultants individual expenditure, is left to each attendee's discretion when logistically feasible**. Any children brought in addition to your registered guests are not included as active participants in Rodan + Fields incentive trips. Due to liability Children attending will not be provided ground transportation nor can those under the age of 21 be present at any group activities, ground transportation, learning sessions, functions or meals. To arrange childcare and transportation, please work directly with the hotel concierge. Registered guests may act as your primary childcare during the event or trip however in this case they will not be permitted to attend group functions with the child. Each attendee planning to bring a child or children on the trip must notify the event team at the designated trip email address at the time of registration launch and no later than 45 days prior to the event start date. *For infants younger than twelve months please read the infant care exception policy below. **Logistical feasibility will be accessed and communicated prior to the launch of registration. Infant Care Exception: Rodan + Fields understands the need to provide life sustaining care to infants during extended incentive trips. For the purposes of this policy, infants are defined as those younger than twelve months. Exceptions to the child policy may be requested if you anticipate the need to travel with your infant. Such requests will need to be submitted in writing via email to the trip inbox and are subject to approval, additional paperwork and additional logistical instructions given destination constraints. While infants may be permitted to accompany qualified attendees, the child policy will still apply in that they are not active participants in any group activities, sessions or events.

I'm planning on extending my time in London before or after the RFX Circle Trip and would like to bring my family. If I bring a nanny or parents, can I book a separate room where my children could stay?

Yes, but you will need to make London flight and hotel arrangements on your own. R+F will arrange travel for you and your guest when registration launches the week of January 23rd, and you are welcome to contact the airline and hotel directly to mirror additional reservations if they are available. Please understand that we wish to protect the business nature of the trip and overall attendee experience, and we ask that you please help us to support that environment.

Can I allow my children to share my room, even if they do not attend the meals or activities?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this request. However, you may contact your hotel directly to request accommodations specific to your needs.

If I am unable to attend because I have a newborn or have other limiting reasons related to parenting, will I receive a monetary payout for the RFX Circle trip?

No. The RFX Circle Trip is an optional award, per the Policies and Procedures. Should you find yourself in a situation where you cannot attend, please know how supportive we are of your family situation, yet regretful that you are unable to join us. We are confident that your achievements thus far will continue and that we'll have you on the next RFX Circle Trip.
