Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any conference. If a cancellation is needed, we can provide a credit towards any RealShare conference up to a year from the original conference, given that the cancellation is made before a week prior to the event

Q: How do I pay by check?
A. Payments should be made by credit card. We do accept checks
on a case by case basis. In order to pay by check, please contact Joan Moh at (212) 457-7741 or jmoh@alm.com
Q. Can I register on the day of the event?
A. Yes. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no "price penalty" for registering on-site.
Q. How will I know I'm registered? / Will I get a confirmation of my registration? I need to request a credit card receipt?
A. We
will email you a receipt and registration confirmation within one business day.
