Lean 101: LEGO Simulation
Do you want to learn how to do more with the resources you have?
This fun, engaging workshop utilizes LEGO airplanes to demonstrate the power of applying Lean concepts and principles to your production operation. The class is a mix of Lean education and live simulation.
The simulation includes 3 rounds
of building LEGO airplanes; each round builds on the previous round to show systematic improvement to the operation. By the conclusion of Round 3, participants see
minimal inventory on the floor, product
being pulled through the production system based on customer demand, and 100% on-time-delivery.
