GTO Annual Awards Gala
Welcome to the GTO Annual Awards Gala Registration Site
The GTO Annual Awards Gala will be held at the iconic Rainbow Room New York. For attendees that require a hotel stay, we have secured a block of rooms at the Lotte New York Palace.
All the information you will need in order to register for the event, book your travel and secure your hotel room is included on this site. To RSVP and register, please click on "New Registration". Please complete the registration even if you are not planning to attend.
Please be sure to register by March 17, 2017.

Step 1:
Print and Read the Information Guide The guide contains all of the details for the event as well as information on how to book your travel for the event, if applicable. Please review the guide before you register.

Step 2: Register To complete your registration for the 2017 GTO Annual Awards Gala, you must click on the word "Registration" in the upper left-hand side of your screen and complete all the required fields on that page. After you submit your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation. Please save this email confirmation in case you need to make changes to your registration. Please complete the registration form by March 17, 2017. |

Step 3: Book Your Travel
Domestic Travelers Please fill out the Domestic Travel Form and email it to metlifetravelservice@bcdme.com for processing. A BCD Air Agent will contact you via email within 48 business hours of submitting the form. BCD Meetings & Events Travel Services will be working with you directly to schedule your travel arrangements and will send you a proposed itinerary via email. Once you receive the email, please review and respond as soon as possible.
International Travelers
Please fill out the International Travel Form and email it to metlifetravelservice@bcdme.com for processing. A BCD Air Agent will contact you via email within 48 business hours of submitting the form. BCD Meetings & Events Travel Services will be working with you directly to schedule your travel arrangements and will send you a proposed itinerary via email.
