The Registration fee is €930
(Incl. taxes) for client
and supplier (venue member) together.
What does it
include?
-
Accommodation for both client and
supplier (two single rooms for two nights, including breakfast) at the Crowne Plaza Maastricht
- All transfers as given in the programme for
both client and supplier (including transfers to and from the airport)
- All meals and networking events as given in the programme for both client and supplier
- VAT
What it doesn’t include:
- Flights/train travel for both Client & Supplier
Who pays the Registration fee?
The registration fee is to be paid by the venue member and they are also
responsible for their own and their clients travel to and from the local
airport/railway station
How can I register?
Registration is now open and members can register by completing the forms below:
Registration Form (for venue to complete – should be officially signed and returned as a pdf)
Client Profile (for client to complete - should be typed and fully completed and returned as a word document together with the registration form)
Venue Profile (for venue to complete - should be typed and fully completed
and returned as a word document together with the registration form)
The criteria for inviting a client can be found under the guidelines section of the website and the exclusion list is available under
the "My ICCA" section of the website.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
In order to keep in line with ICCA’s strategic goals the guidelines have
changed and only association executive clients will be accepted. Anyone
registering with a Core PCO or AMC client will be held on a waiting list until
the registration deadline and will only be offered a place on the workshop if
there is still spaces available.
Venues need to complete the Venue
Profile and ask their client to complete the Client Profile, venues also need to complete the registration form
and send to ICCA Head Office in a word document by email to Claire Jackson (claire.j@iccaworld.org) except for the Registration form which should be
officially signed and returned as a pdf. ICCA Head Office will then check
to see if the client meets with the criteria in the guidelines and if the forms
are completed properly. If the client is suitable, the venue and client
will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.
