Developing an effective data driven marketing strategy

Data is a key asset for most marketing campaigns and is often addressed on a per-campaign basis. Rarely do organisations work from the big picture and as a result, causes inconsistencies in marketing patterns which therefore affects the overall customer relationship and purchase potential.

The chaos of a poor data strategy is not blatant, but the indicators are abound: from redundant data, inconsistent data, through to marketers who become increasingly dissatisfied with the performance of the campaign and ROI achieved. Without a data strategy, marketers and IT have no guidelines for making the decisions that are absolutely crucial to the success of all marketing and sales campaigns along with the overall success of the company.

This workshop will enable you to create and implement a solid data marketing strategy; from knowing what to collect, how to effectively manage it, to enhancing its’ potential, along with making your data a more efficient, more powerful asset.
