Gillian Baker Gillian Baker is Women and Children’s Solicitor on the Domestic Abuse Transitions Advice Project, Stirling. Developing a keen interest in family law and violence against women early in her career, Gillian provided a free legal surgery to women in prostitution in Glasgow throughout her traineeship. She was a solicitor at Castlemilk Law Centre’s domestic abuse project and in private practice before starting her own family law firm in Lanarkshire in 2003. Clients benefit from Gillian’s professional yet amiable approach to dealing with sensitive issues with an emphasis on support, trust and confidentiality. Gillian represents clients both in and out of court, specialising in family and child law. Anne Dick Family Law Specialist and Family Law Mediator Anne Dick is a Partner and family law solicitor at Family Law Matters Scotland. Lindsey Ogilvie Turcan Connell Lindsey is an associate in the family law team at Turcan Connell. Lindsey has a wide-ranging experience of contentious and non-contentious cases and handles a range of issues in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session in Edinburgh. Lately she has acted in cases involving complex farming partnerships, and valuable cohabitation claims.
