2020 Urgent Care Virtual Live Symposium

Frequently Asked Questions

  Where are the Handouts?
In an effort to be environmentally friendly and contain costs of symposia, approved handouts will be available on the event's mobile web app or handout links will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the symposium.

Updated files may be made available during or shortly after the symposium.

Attendees are encouraged to download their files to their laptop/flash drive prior to attending the symposium.

Attendees are welcome to print out the online material.

* At the discretion of the presenter or symposium planning committee, not all handouts are approved for posting or distribution. Some slides may be removed from any presentation for proprietary and or confidential information.

How do I get my CME transcript from the SCPMG Physician portal?
If you are a Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) physician, you can retrieve your CME transcript via the SCPMG Physician portal. The portal is an intranet site that’s accessible internally from any Kaiser Permanente computer or externally by using your secure access token.

After logging into the portal, click on the “Conferences & Training” tab and then the “CME” link on the left-hand navigation. From there you can access your CME transcript.
