HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium. To make room reservations, please register to attend the symposium first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation with instructions and information for booking your room.
Reservations must be made prior to May 17, 2020. However, our rates only apply to a negotiated room block.  Once block is full, rooms available will be at prevailing rates.  Register for the conference early to ensure you obtain our discounted rates.

Partial Ocean View - $305 + taxes
Ocean View - $349 + taxes

• Stargazing sessions courtesy of Star Gaze Hawaii, which offer guests a personal guided tour of the constellation (weekly)
• Storytelling sessions which share the legends and lore unique to the island of Hawaii (weekly)
• Hui Holokai Beach Club Activities (subject to change based on the time and day) including hula lessons, petroglyph hikes, turtle talk session, ti leaf lei making, ‘ukulele lessons, introduction to Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Paddling and coconut palm frond weaving

The two closest airports to The Fairmont Orchid are Kona International Airport (KOA) and Hilo International Airport (ITO).
Kona International Airport (KOA) is located approximately 23 miles (45 minutes) from the hotel. Hilo International Airport (ITO) is located on the east side of the island approximately 77 miles (2 hours) from the hotel.
