Credit Statement
The Kaiser Permanente National CME Program designates this live activity for a maximum of 21.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses and Physician Assistants – Attendees may report up to 21.75 hours toward continuing education requirements for license renewal. ‘CME’ can be written in lieu of the provider number on all licensure renewal applications.
