Event Costs


Payment Schedule

The total trip cost for 2 people is $10,523.63. The total trip cost for 1 person is $8,433.75. This does not include the cost your flight or airport transfers.

Your card will be charged $1.00 at the time of registration. Upon confirmation of your registration a $2,500 non-refundable deposit will be charged. A 2nd installment payment of $2,500 will be charged on the 30th of the following month after registration. A 3rd installment payment of $2,500 will be charged on the 30th of the 2nd month after registration. Final balance payment is made on the 30th of the 3rd month after registration.

If you register after February, payments will be taken on the 15th of each month to ensure the full balance is charged before the trip date.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of notice of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply. $2,500 deposit is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation notice is given. The following is the cancellation refund schedule:

  • More than 60 days prior to trip date: 50% of payments refunded (excluding the $2,500 deposit)
  • More than 45 days prior to trip date: 25% of payments refunded (excluding the $2,500 deposit)
  • Less than 30 days prior to trip date: 0% of payments refunded

Fees

There will be a 3.5% service fee applied to each transaction.
