Ronald Lambert Reliability Director Sadara Chemical Company, KSA Ron started at Sadara in 2013 and was promoted to Director of Reliability at Sadara in 2015. He now has over 120 employees reporting to him in three different divisions – Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, and Technical Services. Ron began his career with the Dow Chemical, working in Power Generation and Utilities, Polyethylene Production, and Agricultural Chemicals Process Reliability. In these roles, he developed skills in Root Cause Analysis, FEMA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and Reliability Modeling. Those tools, along with his detailed equipment knowledge, allowed him to increase the Asset Utilization of the facilities he supported. After Dow, Ron worked for Dupont as the site Reliability Manager. In that role, he drove the implementation of various major tools and methodologies. These included SAP, as the major computerized maintenance management tool, along with Meridium’s suite of reliability analysis tools.
