Welcome to 501F Users Group 2017

The "Official" Vendor Fair will begin at 4:30 pm and end at 7:30 pm on Monday, February 20th.  The fee is $1750.00 which includes one draped 6' table, 2 chairs and an electrical outlet. Wi-Fi and power included. Please note this is a TABLE TOP EXHIBIT space.  Vendors will receive a complimentary 501F shirt per vendor (up to two per booth).  Additional shirts may be purchased for a price of   $50.00.  An open bar with heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Again this year, the Vendorama will be part of the conference.  This gives you the opportunity to give a technical presentation to Users before the "Official" Vendor Fair begins at 4:30 pm.  The fee for the Vendorama starts at $125.00 depending on slot selected.  

On Sunday, February 19th, you are invited to participate in the 501F Bowling Tournament beginning at 2:00 pm at the National Bowling Center followed by a Welcome Reception at the Peppermill Reno.  The Welcome Reception is sponsored by the 501F Users Group and Peppermill Reno and all Users and Vendors are invited to attend.   The Bowling Tournament will take the place of the typical Golf Tournament on Sunday as Reno is home to the National Bowling Stadium, coupled with the fact that Reno in February might be a bit cool for a golf event.

You are invited to have breakfast and/or lunch with all of the 501F Users on Monday, February 20th.  Breakfast  and Lunch tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $36.00  per meal per ticket.

Spouses/Significant Others are welcome at all evening events; no children under the age of 18 at any event, please.
