Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to provide items for distribution in the attendee gift bags should advise the HOC team via email at hoc.support@lmco.com no later than July 31, 2024. Once approved for inclusion, all items must be shipped to the HOC team with delivery no later than Sept. 30, 2024.
