Please download your 2024 HOC Exhibitors Agreement here and return a signed copy to hoc.support@lmco.com

Any exhibitor or sponsor that would wish to provide any items to be distributed in the attendee gift bags should advise the HOC team via email to hoc.support@lmco.com no later than July 29, 2024. Once approved for inclusion, all items must be shipped to the HOC team with delivery no later than Sept. 30, 2024.

Booths come with the following:

One (1) 6' x 30" x 24" Table and two (2) Chairs
8' high black drape, 3' high black side drapes and one 7" x 44" identification sign
1000 Watts of electrical power
Free Wi-Fi access
Company Name, Contact Information, and Booth location in the 2024 Mobile App Agenda

Exhibitor setup at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024 1300 - 1800. Exhibit hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 0930 to 1800 and Thursday from 0900 to 1200. Teardown of the exhibitor areas will begin no earlier than 1200 and exhibits ready to ship by 1700 on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024.
