The registration fees for the 2023 Houston IIA Annual Conference are documented below:

Other Information:
- Groups of 5 or more from the same organization receive a discount of $25 per person. In order to receive the group discount, groups of 5 or more have to signup in a single registration.
- If you are an IIA member who is unemployed, retired, an educator, full-time student, or from another chapter, please contact Wilson Van Tine at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org before beginning the registration process.
- Parking at NRG Park is included in your registration fee. You will receive a parking pass as part of your registration confirmation e-mail.
- Substitutions (same price category) can be made until Aprl 10, 2023 at no additional charge. Please contact Wilson Van Tine at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org for substitution processing.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before March 31, 2023 will be fully refunded. There are no refunds after March 31, 2023. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the registration no later than the day of the event. Questions about the cancellation policy should be addressed to Wilson Van Tine (Registration Chair) at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org.
Switching between In-Person and Virtual Attendance: You may switch between In-Person and Virtual Attendance through March 31, 2023. You are encouraged to not attend in-person if you do not feel well or have been recently exposed. Please contact Wilson Van Tine (Registration Chair) at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org to switch between In-Person and Virtual Attendance or to discuss individual situations after March 31, 2023.
COVID Policy: The 2023 Houston IIA Annual Conference will follow the site (NRG Center), city, county, and state COVID protocols. At this time, the COVID protocols do not require vaccination, testing, or the wearing of masks. As we become aware, we will advise participants of any changes or specific requirements related to regulatory or other COVID protocols for in-person attendance at the Conference.
